788 Add Appropriations for Interfund Transfers between the MWF and WRDRFCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 788
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2003 City of
Yelm Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 772 (12/02), by adding
appropriations for interfund transfers between the Municipal Water
Fund (401) and the Water Revenue Debt Redemption Fund (405)
for payment of bond principal and interest and declaring an
effective date.
WHEREAS, Council adopted Ordinance No. 777, approving issue
of $2,600,000 in Water Revenue Bonds, in April of 2003; and
WHEREAS, bond principal and interest payment amounts have
been established;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2003 City of Yelm Budget shall be amended by reducing the
Municipal Water Capital Machinery/Equipment expenditure line and
increasing the Transfer to Fund 405 line by $196,055.
Section 2. Fund 405, Water Revenue Redemption Fund appropriations shall
be increased by $196,055; and expenditures for principal and
interest shall be increased by the same amount.
Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this
ordinance but prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
