785 Temp Part-Time Position in PWDCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 785
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2003 Budget adopted
by Ordinance No. 772 (12/02) and the attached Employee Salary
Schedule, Section 2, Appendix II, by creating a temporary part-time
position in the Public Works Department.
WHEREAS. the Public Works Administrative Assistant will be on leave for three
weeks and the department does not have a staff member available to fill in during this
period; and
WHEREAS, the position is essential to providing timely response to the public
and in coordinating activities for Animal Control. Parks, Streets, Water and Sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. City of Yelm 2003 Budget Ordinance No. 772, and Salary Schedule,
Appendix II annexed to and incorporated therein by reference, are
amended by the addition of a new Temporary Part-Time Public Works
,..-, Office Assistant position.
Classification: Public Works Office Assistant. Temoorarv. Part-Time
Classification Number: 1775
Hourly Range: 10.00 to 11...46
Section 2. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this
ordinance but prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
