780 Add Stevens St. Project Revenue and Expenditure AppropriationsCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 780
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2003 City of
Yelm Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 772 (12/02), by adding
Stevens St. Project Revenue and Expenditure Appropriations to
Fund 316, approving transfers to that project from other funds and
declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, grant funding has been approved for Stevens Street
Road Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, matching funds are available in various city funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2003 City of Yelm Budget shall be amended by combining the
Stevens St. project with the existing 103rd Ave. Street Project Fund
(316).
Section 2. Appropriations/transfers of grant match funds will be made from the
following funds in the amounts shown:
Fund 102, Arterial Streets, $25,000
Fund 120, Transportation Facilities Charge, $64,000
Fund 316, 103rd Street Project, $106,000
Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this
ordinance but prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
