777 Increase Annual Transfer AmountCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 777
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2003 City of
Yelm Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 772 (12/02), by increasing
the annual transfer amount between the Current Fund (001) and
the Municipal Building Fund (302) and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, actual Current Fund Beginning Net Cash/Investments
exceeded the budgeted appropriation and additional funding is needed to
proceed with a remodel of Yelm City Hall;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2003 City of Yelm Budget shall be amended by increasing
appropriations for the Current/General Fund (001) Beginning Net
Cash/Investment and the Annual Operating Transfer to the Yelm
Building Fund (203) by $118,500.
Section 2. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this
ordinance but prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
