774 Add New Subsection Related to City Council Study SessionsCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 774
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending Yelm Municipal Code, Section
2.04.010 by adding a new subsection related to the time, date and location of
City Council study sessions.
WHEREAS, twice monthly regular Yelm City Council meetings often include
items that are time sensitive requiring immediate attention; and
WHEREAS, some complex issues and policy decisions would benefit from
more study time than that allowed on the regular Yelm City Council meeting agenda;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council shall hold study sessions of the Council on the fourth
Thursday of each month from the hours of 6 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. at the Yelm
Public Works Facility, 901 Rhoton Road N.W.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after passage,
approval and publication.
