823 Transfer Water Fund to Water Construct FundCITY OF YELM ORDINANCE NO. 823 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2004 City of Yelm Budget by transferring $136,000 from the Water Fund (401) to the Water Construction Fund (431) and declaring an effective date. WHEREAS, staff presented bids for a Reclaimed Water Tank to City Council at the October 13, 2004 City Council meeting; and WHEREAS, at that time staff verified that steel costs have increased 42% since the original estimates were presented; and WHEREAS, Council directed in Motion Number 04-89 preparation of an ordinance facilitating a transfer of $136,000 from the Water Fund (401) to the Water Construction Fund (431) to cover the increased costs; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The 2004 City of Yelm Water Fund, expense detail line 401 000 000 597 34 63 00, Trans-Out Water Construct 431, shall be increased by $136,000. Section 2. The 2004 City of Yelm Water Fund, expense detail line 401 000 000 594 34 63 02, BNC Reserve, shall be decreased by $136,000. Section 3. The 2004 City of Yelm Water Construction Fund revenue detail line 431 000 000 397 34 63 11, Trans-In Water 401, shall be increased by $136,000. Section 4. The 2004 City of Yelm Water Construction Fund expense detail line 431 000 008 594 35 63 00, Reuse Storage Tank Construction, shall be increased by $136,000. Section 5. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this Ordinance but prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and confirmed.
