817 Increase Five Corners FundCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO 817
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2004 Budget, Ordinance No.
794 (12/03) by increasing the Five Corners (Loan Repayment) Fund (112)
operating transfer by $8,350.00 and declaring an effective date
WHEREAS, a lower than anticipated carryover from 2003 to 2004 occurred in
this fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The 2004 operating transfer from the Current Expense Fund (001) to the
Five Corners Fund (112) is increased by $8,350.
Section 2. Transfer funds shall be provided by decreasing the Capital Reserve
appropriation for 2004 by $8,350.
Section 3. Revenue and expenditure appropriations in Fund 112 shall be increased
by $8,350.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect five days after the date of its publication.
Section 5. A copy of this ordinance shall be forwarded to the State Auditor's Office.
