813 Transferring FundsCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 813
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2004 City of
Yelm Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 794 (12/03), by
transferring funds remaining in Fund 202, 1993 GO Bond FMHA
Loan to the Current Fund Reserve Line 001 596 00 00 000, closing
Fund 202, and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, the bond issued to finance an addition to Yetm City
Hall in 1993 to serve as a library has been repaid; and
WHEREAS, funds used for debt payments originated in the
Current/General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2004 City of Yelm Budget shall be amended by authorizing a
transfer of all funds remaining in Fund 202, 1993 GO Bond FMHA
Loan to the Current/General Fund (001).
Section 2. All funs shall be allocated to the Current/General Fund (001)
Capital Reserve Account.
Section 2. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this
ordinance but prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
