803 Move Funds from Capital Reserve AccountCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 803
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2004 City of Yelm Budget by
moving $25,000.00 from the Capital Reserve Account to the Municipal Building
Fund; and by moving $12,000.00 from the Buildings/Structures/Grounds Account
to the Municipal Building Fund, and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, The contract for the remodel of City Hall did not include changes to the Council
Chambers which would allow fora 7 member Council, improved HVAC and lighting, and
insulation of exterior walls; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to update the Council Chambers consistent with the rest of the
City Hall remodel;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2004 City of Yelm Current Fund (001) Budget shall be amended by
decreasing the Capital Reserve Account (001-000-000-596-00-00-00)
appropriation by $25,000.00.
Section 2. The 2004 City of Yelm Current Fund (001) Budget shall be amended by
decreasing the Buildings/Structures/Grounds Account (001-000-000-596-00-62-00)
appropriation by $12,000.00.
Section 3. The 2004 City of Yelm Current Fund (001) Budget shall be amended by increasing
the Transfer-Out Municipal Building 302 Account (001-000-000-10-00-00)
appropriation by $37,000.00.
Section 4. The 2004 City of Yelm Municipal Building Fund (302) Budget shall be amended by
increasing the Transfer-In Current 001 Account (302-000-000-397-10-00-00)
appropriation by $37,000.00.
Section 5. The 2004 City of Yelm Municipal Building Fund (302) Budget shall be amended by
increasing the Building Improvements Account (302-000-000-594-19-62-00)
appropriation by $37,000.00.
Section 6. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this Ordinance but
prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and confirmed.
