799 Amend Sect. 2.04.010 BCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 799
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending Yelm Municipal Code, Section
2.04.010 B by adjusting the starting time of City Council Study Sessions.
WHEREAS, the complexity and number of issues and policies considered by
Councilmembers has exceeded the estimated time initially scheduled for City Council
Study Sessions;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council shall hold study sessions of the Council on the fourth
Thursday of each month from the hours of 6 5:00 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. at the
Yelm Public Works Facility, 901 Rhoton Road N.W.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after passage,
approval and publication.
