CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 842
AN ORDINANCE amending the 2005 City of Yelm Budget as adopted by
Ordinance No. 819 on December 8, 2004, by increasing fund appropriations in
excess of original estimates and making required end of year adjustments.
The City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington ordains as follows:
Section 1. 2005 budgeted amounts for revenues and expenditures for the operation of the
government of the City of Yelm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2005,
are increased by the following amounts:

Section 2. The budget for the year 2005 as amended by the changes in Section 1 shall be
filed in the office of the City Clerk who is hereby directed to transmit this
supplemental budget to the Auditor of the State of Washington, Division of
Municipal Corporations.
Section 3. The interfund transfer between 412 and 203 shall be increased by $6,053.
Section 4. ~ This ordinance shall take effect five days following publication.
