830 Move Funds into Arterial Streets FundCITY OF YELM ORDINANCE NO. 830 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2005 City of Yelm Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 819, adopted on December 8, 2004, by moving $43,710.00 within the Arterial Streets Fund, and declaring an effective date. WHEREAS, the City desires to contract for a traffic model of the City of Yelm in order to expedite permit review and more accurately anticipate the impact of proposed development; and WHEREAS, the traffic model is also necessary to review and update the collection of Traffic Facilities Charges; and WHEREAS, development of a traffic model is an appropriate expense from the Arterial Streets fund, which currently contains a budgeted capital reserve of $73,733.00, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The 2005 City of Yelm Arterial Streets Budget shall be amended by reducing the Capital Reserve -Future Use line (102 596 00 00 00) expense appropriation by $43,710.00. Section 2. The 2005 City of Yelm Arterial Streets Budget shall be amended by adding a new line item for Professional Services -Traffic Modeling (102 543 30 41 00) with a 2005 appropriation of $43,740.00 Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this ordinance but prior to the effective date is here 'y ratified and confirmed.
