RESOLUTION NO. 468
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON TO
SEGREGATE AN EXISTING ASSESSMENT UNDER UTILITY LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, PURSUANT TO SECTION 35.44.410
OF THE REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS the City of Yelm has received a written application from the
property owner of the plat knows as Mountain Sunrise Phase II to segregate an
assessment within Utility Local Improvement District No. 1 in accordance with
Section 35.44.410 of the Revised Code of Washington
WHEREAS the real property to be affected by this segregation action is
described on the assessment roll of Utility Local Improvement District No. 1 as
Account 01-019B and identified in the records of Thurston County Assessor's
Office as tax parcel number 63540000002; and
WHEREAS the current parcel configuration is shown on the map attached
hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS the new parcel configuration is shown on the diagram
attached. as Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS the assessment amount on this parcel is $98,450.10, as set
forth and adopted by Resolution No. 459 on October 26, 2005; and
WHEREAS this segregation will not jeopardize the security of the
assessment lien or reduce the ability to collect outstanding local improvement
district obligations payable from such assessment;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
YELM, WASHINGTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Segregation shall be made on the assessment roll of Utility
Local Improvement District No. 1, which was confirmed and adopted by
Ordinance No. 674 on September 29, 1999.

Section 2. Segregation shall affect Account O 1-019B of Utility Local
Improvement District No. 1 as described in Resolution No. 459 and identified as
Thurston County Assessor tax parcel number 46540000002.
Section 3. Segregation shall result in 47 new assessments on parcels
within the Mountain Sunrise Phase II subdivision, with proportional assessments
representing one Equivalent Residential Unit for each projected final building lot,
and the remaining portion representing 7 Equivalent Residential Units shall be
reallocated to parcel number 22718440600. The sum of these combined new
assessments shall total $98,450.10 as shown in Exhibit C, which is equal to the
existing assessment amount.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Yelm,~ Washington at its regular
meeting on the 14t" Day of November, 2006.
