473 Real Estate AcquisitionCITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION NO. 473
WHEREAS, the regular meeting of May 8, 2007 was adjourned before
action on this item was taken; and
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm was presented with a real estate acquisition
and authorization is required for the Mayor to sign a Purchase and Sales
Agreement: and
WHEREAS, City Councilmembers agreed by consensus to go forward
with the acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm does hereby
confirm:
The City Council of the City of Yelm authorizes the Mayor to sign a Purchase and
Sales Agreement dated May 10, 2007 with the Hobson Family for the property
described as Lot 2 of short Plat No. SHS97-8134YL.
