387 Set Date For Hearing On Final Assessment RollCity of Yelm
RESOLUTION NO. 387
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington
fixing a time and date for a hearing on the final assessment roll for
Local Improvement District No. 1.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington (the "City") adopted
Resolution No. 367 on September 24, 1997, declaring its intention to order certain local
improvements within the City and to create a local improvement district;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Yelm,
Washington as follows:
A hearing on the final assessment roll shall be held at the City Council meeting,
at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 1999, (rescheduled from September 22,
1999) in the Counci! Chambers in the City Hall at 105 Yelm Avenue West, Yelm
Washington. All persons who may desire to object to the assessments are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at such hearing. The City Clerk is
hereby directed to give notice of said hearing once a week for two consecutive weeks,
with the date of the last publication to be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing, and to mail a notice of such hearing at least fifteen days before the date
thereof, to each owner or reputed owner of any lot, tract, parcel of land, or other
property in LID No. 1, at the address shown on the tax rolls of the Thurston County
Treasurer.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington, and approved by
its Mayor this 25'h day of August, 1999.
