RESOLUTION NO. 375
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ACCEPTANCE AND
RECORDING OF A UTILITY EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm obtained a utility easement from Donald and
Charlotte Miller in 1993; and
WHEREAS, the signatures of the property owners were properly notarized on
April 22, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the easement was recorded in the Office of the Thurston County
Auditor on July 23, 1993, in Volume 2125, Page 212, File Number 9307230096;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Yelm, that the easement is accepted and entered into the official records of the City.
ADOPTED this 12'I' day of August 1998.
