CITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION NO. 358
WHEREAS, City of Yelm Ordinance No. 429, provides for the setting of fees for the
Planning department by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is the will of the City Council that the development fee schedule be
in accord with the cost recovery policies of the City;
Now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yelm that
Resolution's No. 238 - 3/25/92, No. 252 - 7/8/92, No. 260 - 8/12/92, No. 261 - 8/12/92, No.
276 - 1/27/93 and No. 349 - 9/25/96 be repealed and replaced by the fees contained in
Attachment A to City of Yelm Resolution No. 358 as adopted by the City Council of the City
of. Yelm at a .regular meeting held on March 12, 1997.
