RESOLUTION NO. 341
A RESOLUTION adopting a Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure
Control Plan.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide for the
protection of its employees; and"
WHEREAS, WISHA and Washington Regional Directives require
employers to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure to and
possible subsequent infection with communicable bloodborne
diseases; and
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm's Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure
Control Plan has been reviewed by the Association of Washington
Cities Risk Management Service Agency and Thurston County Health
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF YELM that the Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control Plan is
hereby approved and adopted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON,
this 24th day of January 1996.
