RESOLUTION NO. 315
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM ESTABLISHING
AND SETTING STEP SEWER INSTALLATION PERMIT FEES.
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm anticipates requests from property owners
to obtain City sewer services; and
WHEREAS, reviewing and granting such requests results in
substantial City expense and staff time requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Charges to be imposed for City of Yelm STEP Sewer
Installation Permits shall be as follows:
I. Permit Fee
Inspection/Review/Recording
II. Multi Residential/Commercial/
Industrial
III . E RU ~ S (Equivalent Residential Unit)
as described in Sewer
Ordinance #505 and 506.
