308 Fees To Cover Replacement Costs Of City EquipmentCITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION N0. 308
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Yelm,
Thurston County, Washington, finds it prudent to protect
the City by establishing fees adequate to cover
replacement costs of City provided equipment;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Yelm, Thurston County, Washington as
follows:
1. A refundable deposit of $600.00 shall be
charged for use of 3" Fire Hydrant
Construction Meters.
2. The deposit shall not be refunded if the meter
is damaged.
