304 Salary Range For City Of Yelm EmployeesCITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION NO. 304
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON
ESTABLISHING A SALARY RANGE SCALE FOR CITY OF YELM EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City
to establish a salary range determining entry level salaries, salaries for
1994, and setting maximum salary levels for Yelm employees not covered by any
union or guild contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to manage increases to a Cost Of Living
Adjustment (COLA) based on available funds for employees who have attained
the maximum salary level.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES RESOLVE, AS
FOLLOWS:
