RESOLUTION N0. 292
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM
REPEALING. CITY OF YELM RESOLUTION NO. 285 AND 253.
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council, on July 8, 1992, adopted City of
Yelm Resolution No. 235, an intent to commence annexation
proceedings (ANX8062), and
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council, on March 10, 1993, adopted City of
Yelm Resolution No. 285, an intent to commence annexation
proceedings (ANX8082), and
WHEREAS, .substantial changes in .the proposed annexation areas
approved in the above annexations necessitate a review of the
aforementioned,
Now, Therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM REPEALS CITY
OF YELM RESOLUTIONS 285 AND 253.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of June , 1993.
