RESOLUTION NUMBER 289
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1993 YELM
COMPREHENSIVE.WATER PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the needs of
the City and has examined the 1993 Yelm Comprehensive
Water Plan; and,
WHEREAS, it is beneficial to officially adopt said
plan to assist in the planning, funding and operation of
future water improvements and to safeguard the water
supply for existing areas; .and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Growth Management Act
establishes a requirement for the City to prepare and
adopt such a plan; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
YELM, WASHINGTON, that the 1993 Yelm Comprehensive Water
Plan is hereby adopted as the official document of the
City replacing the Comprehensive Water Plan of 1990.
