288 Violation Sentencing Guideline Fees.-
CITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION N0. 288
WHEREAS, City of Yelm Ordinance No. 356, Section 15 and
Section 6.08.150 (A) through (H) of the Yelm Municipal Code call
for the setting of Violation Sentencing Guideline Fees; and
WHEREAS, City of Yelm Ordinance No. 356, Section 4, C, and
Section 6.08.040 of the Yelm Municipal Code call for the setting of
Animal Licensing Fees; and
WHEREAS, such fees require periodic review and adjustment to
ensure recovery by the City of appropriate costs and to encourage
compliance with City regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Yelm that commencing May 11, 1993, the following Violation
Sentencing Guideline Fees shall apply within the City of Yelm.

Yelm that commencing May 11, 1993, the following Animal Licensing
Fees shall apply within the City of Yelm.
1. Initial license for dogs neither
neutered nor spayed ................. ......$15.00
2. Annual renewal of license for dogs
neither neutered nor spayed ......... ......$12.00
3. Annual license for dogs neutered or spayed:

b. Second and each subsequent year. ......$3.00
