RESOLUTION NO. 284
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 259, ATTACHMENT A ADOPTING THE YELM COMPREHENSIVE
TRANSPORTATION PLAN BY DELETION TO THE PLAN OF LANGUAGE SPECIFIED
IN THIS RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, further review of the Comprehensive Transportation Plan
aided by additional knowledge of land use preferences of property
owners in specific areas has identified the need for deletion of
language specified in Resolution 259, Attachment A.
WHEREAS, City of Yelm Engineers have recommended adoption of the
following changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES RESOLVE,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. Resolution 259, Attachment A is hereby
amended by deletion of Item (4) consisting of the following
language:
Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon
publication in a newspaper of record.
