PROPOSED RESOLUTION FOR PURCHASE OF LEFEBVRE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Xelm has previously passed Yelm

WHEREAS, the City of Yelm has published•Notice of No
Significant Impact on the Environment and Request for Release of
Funds for the proposed Yelm L•CBO Com~-nunitY CentEr on property on
Crystal Springs Street Northwest in the .600 block of Yelm,
Washington, legally described as:
THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 2
EAST, W.M., DELINEATED AS PARCEL 1 OF LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION NO. LL-8031 AS
RECORDED JUNE 20, 1991 UNDER AUDITOR'S FILE *10. 9106200018.
TOGETHER WITH THAT ADJACENT PARCEL DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF

WHEREAS, the City of Yelm has entered into an Earnest Money
Agreement to purchase said property from Leo Lefebvre and Marion
Lefebvre for $103,200.00; and

WHEREAS, the terms of said purchase call for a down payment
of $30,000 and a note calling for monthly payments of $1,000.00
with interest at 10% per annum with no acceleration for l0 years,
together with the payment. of certain costs, all secured by a.Deed
of Trust;
NOW, THEREFORE, after consideration and after a motion
made, duly seconded and passed it was
RESOLVED that Mayor Robert A. Sanders be and he is
hereby authorized to enter into and bind the Ci}y of
Yelm for the purchase of the above described real
estate on the terms and conditions set forth above
and in the Earnest Money Agreement with Leo Lefebvre
and Marion Lefebvre, husband and wife.
