RESOLUTION NO. 278
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON ACCEPTING
THE 1,980 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO YELM CITY HALL AND
REMODEL THE INTERIOR OF APPROXIMATELY 800 EXISTING SQUARE
FEET AS CONSTRUCTED BY CONSTRUCT, INC. OF~WENATCHEE,
WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm entered into a project principally funded
by Farmer's Home Administration for'an addition to Yelm City Hall
and remodel of the interior of Yelm City Hall, and
WHEREAS, the project has been managed by the City's Architect,
Glenn C. wells, of Olympia, Washington, and was constructed by
Construct, Inc., of Wenatchee, Washington, and
WHEREAS, the project has been substantially completed to the
satisfaction of the Architect and Farmers Home Administration, and
the City Architect has recommended that the .City accept the protect
as completed, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Yelm hereby accepts the Yelm City Hall
Addition and Remodel project as constructed by Construct, Inc., of
Wenatchee, Washington, and hereby certifies its acceptance of said
project to Farmers Home Administration.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington, and
APPROVED by its Mayor, at a regularly scheduled open public meeting
thereof this 27th day of January, 1993.
