276 Setting Fees For Planning DepartmentM -/~ _. -. CITY OF YELM RESOLUTION N0. 276 WHEREAS, City of Yelm Ordinance No. 429, provides for the setting of fees for the Planning Department by resolution; and WHEREAS, it is the will of the City Council that the development fee .schedule be amended in accord with the cost recovery policies of the City; Now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yelm that commencing January 27, 1993, the fees as set forth in the accompanying Attachment A shall be charged and collected by the City upon submission of the respective applications. Adopted by the City Council of the Yelm at a regular meeting held on January 27, 1993.
