RESOLUTION NU. 273
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE YELM WASTEWATER FACILITIES PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the wastewater collection and
treatment needs of the City and has examined several alternatives prioritiz-
ing the type of construction and funding for said sewerage system; and,
WHEREAS, it is beneficial to officially adopt said plan together with its
estimate of costs for construction and operation and maintenance user charge
estimates of chosen alternative; and,
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1990 the Department of Ecology approved subject
document in accordance with RCW 90.48.110 and Chapter 173-240 WAC; now there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON, that
the Yelm Wastewater Facilities Plan dated October 5, 1990 is hereby adopted
as the official document for planned sewerage collection aril treatment design
and construction for the City of Yelm.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON, this 4th day
of November, 1992.
