ANDERSON/MOUNTAIN VIEW ANNEXATION AMENDMENT
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0. 245 PROVIDING FOR EXPANSION OF THE AREA TO
PETITION FOR ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council has received a timely request from
Jon and Barb Hutchinson to be included in pending annexation
request number 8053,
WHEREAS, the principal propoonents of that annexation have
consented to the Hutchinsons' request, and
WHEREAS, the Hutchinson property is contiguous with the property
described in resolution number 245 and would increase the
conformity of this proposal with boundary review board
guidelines;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES
RESOLVE, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1
That Resolution no. 245 shall be amended to permit and require
that that property designated by county assessor's tax parcel
numbers 217-13-430200, -430300. -120100 and -12020 be included in
the annexation petition referenced by resultion no. 245,
Further, that such additional property shall be subject to all
conditions and requirements as set forth in resolution no. 245.
