RESOLUTION NO. 252
PROFESSIONAL REVIEW AND CONSULTATION FEES
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM AMENDING THE
DEVELOPMENT FEE SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, review of and assistance with some development
applications require substantial time of City personnel, and
WHEREAS, such demand results in a substantial burden upon the
budget of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES
RESOLVE, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That Resolution Number 429 adopting the Yelm Development Fee
Schedule and the Fee Schedule shall be amended by the addition of
the following text.
All of the above applications and fees are subject to
an additional charge of $~,p___.00 per hour for all
review and engineering services to be provided by a
consulting engineer of the City's choice; and to an
additional charge of $ I00.00 per hour for all review
and legal services to be provided by the City Attorney
or other legal counsel of the City's choice. Such
charges will be rendered only with respect to review
which is necessary to processing of the application
and/or consultation which is requested by the
applicant. These charges will be billed and must be
paid prior to final project approval.
ADOPTED and EFFECTIVE this 8th day of ~~Y 1992.
