ASHER PLAN AMENDMENT
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM .AMENDING
THE YELM COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITH RESPECT TO THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION OF SHORT SUBDIVISION 1948.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing and
recommends that the property described below be designated for
single-family use: and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that such use is appropriate to the
site and consistent with the policies of the Yelm Comprehensive
Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES
RESOLVE, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That the Yelm Comprehensive Plan map as set forth at page 17 of
the Yelm Comprehensive Plan and Development Guide is hereby
amended to designate those parcels of land within Thurston Councy
Short Subdivision 1948 to be "single-family residential."
