244 Deferred Compensation PlanRESOLUTION NO. 244
WHEREAS, THE CITY of YFLM was
formed in accordance with Washington state Law on December 16, 1924 ;and,
WHEREAS, the Committee for Deferred Compensation in accordance with
RCW 41.04.250; administers the deferred compensation plan for the employees of
the State of Washington as outlined in WAC 154; and,
WHEREAS, RCW 41.04.250 permits Counties, Municipalities, and other political
subdivisions to participate in the State of Washington Employee's Deferred
Compensation Plan; and
WHEREAS, the city of Yelm ,has reviewed
the State plan and agrees to accept all terms and conditions of the State plan as
established and as hereafter amended; and,
WHEREAS, the city of Yelm ,understands
and agrees that all monies deferred by its employees remain the property of the
City of Yelm
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the City of Yelm request
approval by the Committee for Deferred Compensation to participate in the
aforementioned deferred compensation plan for the employees of the ~; t~
of Yelm ,subject to the requirements of RCW 41.04.250 and WAC 154.
