238 Setting Fees For Planning DepartmentCITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION N0. 238
WHEREAS, City of Yelm Ordinance No. 429, provides for the
setting of fees for the Planning Department by resolution,
and
WHEREAS, it is the will of the City Council that such fees
be adopted in accord with the cost recovery policies of the
City;
Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Yelm that commencing April 7, 1992, the fees as set
forth in the accompanying Attachment A shall be charged and
collected by the City upon submission of the respective
applications.
Adopted by the City Council of Yelm at a regular meeting
held on March 25, 1992.
