237 Setting Of Fees For Impounded AnimalsCITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION N0.-237
WHEREAS, City of Yelm Ordinance No. 428, Section 13 D and Section
6.08.130 D of Yelm Municipal Code call for the setting of fees for
impounded animals.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yelm that
commencing March 24th, 1992 the fees charged for animals impounded by
the City of Yelm shall be:
$15.00 - First day or any portion thereof
$ 7.00 - Per day or portion of a day thereafter
$43.00 - 5 day maximum fee
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Yelm at a regular
meeting held on the 11th day of March, 1992.
