WHEREAS, the City of Yelm shall agree to comply with all
applicably Yederal and state regulations in the event that this
application i5 r~electeri for rundinsl, and that Robert A. 'Sander3,

The City of Yelm de:~iynates Robert A. Sanders as the Chief
Ei:ecutive Officer and authorized repreaantative to act in all
mattars in connection with this application and Yelm'a
participation in the Washinytun State CDBG Pruyram.
This Rebolution shall become effective un and after the 27th
day of March 1991.
