SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION NO. 215
A RESOLUTION relating to the Interlocal Agreement between
Yelm and Thurston County establishing District Court Filing
and Jury Trial Fees.
WHEREAS, filing fees for jury trials are to be determined
pursuant to an agreement between the City of Yelm and Thurston
County as provided for in Chapter39.34 RCW, the Interlocal
Cooperation Act; and
WHEREAS, Thurston County and the City of Yelm are desirous
of establishing filing fees at a mutually acceptable rate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Thurston County,
hereinafter called the "COUNTY" and the City of Yelm herein-
after called the "CITY" mutually agree to the establish-
ment of District Court filing fees as follows:
SECTION 1. General
SECTION 2. Filing Fees
SECTION 3. Duration and Termination
SECTION 4. Successors
This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its pas-
sage and publication.
