CITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION NO. 211
BE IT RESOLVED that previously loaned Urban Development
Action Grant traceable monies currently being repaid to the City
of Yelm, shall be relet, at interest, to the firm of Select Wood
Products, Inc. according to the terms and conditions set forth in
separate documents entitled "UDAG Grant Agreement"~ "loan
agreement", "promissory note" and "security agreement" dated
April 23, 1990 and on file with the clerk of the City of Yelm.
Effective Date. This resolution shall be effective on and
after the 28th day of March, 1990.
