RESOLUTION N0. 210
A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM,
THURSTON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN ALL APPLICATIONS, GRANT AGREEMENTS
AND AMENDMENTS, AND OTHER DOUCMENTS RELATING TO WASTEWATER
FACILITIES PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION GRANTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm intends to develop a design
and construct a wastewater collection, treatment, and
disposal system for the City of Yelm; such system being
necessary to satisfy the needs of the area for health,
safety, and the well being of the people; and
WHEREAS, the plan and design is to be developed in
accordance with the requirements of Public Law 92-500 and
95-217, and will set forth facilities required to be
constructed to serve the needs of the area; and
WHEREAS, the costs of the design and construction of
the wastewater facilities are eligible for Federal funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Yelm, Thurston County, Washington, the Mayor
of the City of Yelm and the City Administrator of the City
of Yelm are duly authorized to sign Applications, Grant
Agreements and Amendments, and other doucments relating
to wastewater facilities planning and construction grants.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Yelm on the 22nd day of August 1990, by the
following votes:
