A RESOLUTION DECLARING A STATF. OF EMERGENCY FOR TEE
TOWN OF YELM DUE TO THE DESTRUCTION EY FIRE OF THE
TOWN HALL.

Whereas, the Town Hall of the Town of Yelm was destroyed
by fire on Monday the 23rd day of September 1986.
Whereas, temporary offices have been set up to house the
records of the Town;
Whereas, provisions has been made to reconstruct the
Town Hall City C1erk,Public 4?orks & Mayor's off ices.
Now, Therefore Be It Resolved by the Town Council of the
Town of Yelm that an emergency exists in the Town, and
Be It Further Resolved that necessary funding for the lease
of a facility to be used to accomodate the temporary Town Hall
off ices was decided at the Special Meeting held on Tuesday,
September 23, 1986 by the Yelm Town Council.
