134 Town Of Yelm Short Plat OrdinanceRESOLUTION NO. 13h
WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Yelm has heretofore
passed Ordinance No. entitled "Town of Yelm Short
Plat Ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance is required pursuant to laws of
the State of Washington; and
WHEREAS, the effective administration of said Ordinance
requires Information concerning the segregation of properties within
the Town of Yelm;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, That the Town of Yelm
hereby respectfully requests that the Thurston County Assessor notify
the Town of Yelm Engineer of all divisions or segregations of
properties within the corporate limits of the Town of Yelm whether
or not contained within a short plat, but not contained within a
regular plat.
