Public comments are welcome. However, in order to proceed with scheduled agenda items the allowable
time per speaker is limited to 5 minutes. Comments during the public comment portion of the meeting should
not be associated with measures or topics appearing elsewhere on the agenda and should not address
topics for which public hearings have been conducted or are anticipated.
