1. Call to Order -Mayor Harding called the Meeting to Order at 7:30 pm.
2. Roll Call -Present: Joe Baker, Bob Isom, Mike McGowan, John
Thompson and Russ Hendrickson. Excused: Don Miller and Pat Fetterly.
3. Agenda Approval
7-12 MOTION BY BOB ISOM APPROVING THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED.
CARRIED.
4. Special Presentations - Yelm Timberland Library
Ronni Nutter, Yelm Timberland Library Board, presented a report on the
Library activity for 2006. Library patrons and quantity of items checked
out increased from the previous year. Issues of concern continue to be
the increased use of the library, staff turnover and marking the midway
point on the 10 year lease of the building and the needs for 2012. Ms
Nutter added that library tiles are still available but only about 40 remain.

a. Mountain Shadow (SUB-05-0011-YL) Final Plat Approval - Nisha Box
reported that the Hearings Examiner approved the preliminary plat in July
of 2005, with certain conditions. Staff is satisfied that the final plat meets
all conditions of the preliminary approval.

(SUB-05-0011-YL) FINAL PLAT. CARRIED.

b. Resolution No. 469, Mountain Shadow LID #1 Segregation - Nisha
Box reported that Resolution 459 authorizes the reapportionment of the
existing assessment resulting in assessments to each of seven building
lots.

Councilmember McGowan was asked to be a speaker at local Boy
Scout/Cub Scout meeting.
Councilmember Thompson participated in the interviews with applicants
for City of Yelm Financial Officer.
Mayor Harding interviewed applicants for City of Yelm Financial Officer
and City Clerk.
