RESOLUTION NO. 485
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF YELM PRESERVING THE UNIFORMITY,
COHESION AND AESTHETIC APPEAL FOR THE YELM PRAIRIE LINE
TRAIL
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm wishes to preserve the uniformity, cohesion, and
aesthetic appeal for the Yelm Prairie Line Trail and;
WHEREAS, the following standard urban design features have been identified as
the preferred design standard for the trail and;
WHEREAS, standardizing the features will provide for easier repair and
maintenance of said features for our public works department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Yelm, Washington, that commencing June 10th, 2008, the following items will apply to
Phase I of the Yelm Prairie Line Trail:
I . Lockable Exterior Showcase shall be Edgeline Lumina Lockable Exterior
Showcase Item Code: ETS-12, for graphic size 30x40, available from
CGEmarket.com of MarketWare Technologies, Inc. in Chicago, IL (888) 254-
9804 -Used for showcase display of information at Kiosk.
2. Skate Block shall be Bull Nose SkateBlocks, solid aluminum with a clear
anodized coating, at 1" radius, available from Ravensforge Coneg of Seattle, WA
(888} 743-34904.
3. Wood Picnic Table with Seats Type 1 shall be steel with IPE wood slats, as
indicated on the plans, Accessible Model Style: 75-68-1(IPE} by DuMor Table
75, and distributed by Recreation Resource, Inc. of Salem, Oregon (800) 635-
2525.
4. Wood Picnic Table with Seats Type 2 shall be steel with IPE wood slats, as
indicated on the plans, Model Style: 75-60(IPE) by DuMor Table 75, distributed
by Recreation Resource, Inc. of Salem, Oregon (503) 585-5777 or approved
equal.
5. Trash Receptacles shall be Model: Dome Top 2834-DT, 36-gallon plastic liner,
matching container, key locking side door, by TimberForm Manor distributed by
Columbia Cascade Company of Portland, Oregon (503) 223-1157 or approved
equal.
6. Dog Waste Bag Dispenser includes 10 gallon waste receptacle and complete Mutt
Mitt kit including, generic sign, outdoor dispenser, telescopic post, and Mutt Mitts
(800 mitts), indicated on the plans, by Mutt Mitts, distributed by Intelligent
Products, Inc. of Rabbit Hash, KY (800) 697-6084 or approved equal.
