882 Imprest FundCITY OF YELM ORDINANCE NO. 882 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm, Washington, amending Chapter 3.64.010 of the Yelm Municipal Code, entitled Change and Imprest Fund for City Clerk's Office and Ordinance No. 556 (6195) by increasing the Imprest Fund to $200 and declaring an effective date. WHEREAS, the cash remaining in the drawer after completing a daily deposit is not sufficient to make change for customers at the counter on a frequent basis, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Yelm, as follows: Section 1. There is created and established a Change and Imprest fund within the Current Expense Fund, in an amount not to exceed eqe ,two hundred dollars ($200) to be used as the cashier's change fund for the City Clerk's Office for the purpose of making change during the process of receiving payments due to the City of Yelm. Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect five days after its adoption and publication.
