894 Budget Amend SR 507/510 LoopCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 894
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2008 Budget as adopted by
Ordinance No. 886 (12/07), increasing the SR 507/510 Loop Project Fund budget
by transferring from the General Fund Reserve and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, the SR 507/510 Loop Project Fund (114) needs $27,000 additional
appropriations to purchase lobbyist contract services and remain in a positive cash flow position;
and
WHEREAS, the General Fund Reserve has sufficient reserve available for lobbyist
contract services; and
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The SR 507/510 Loop Project Fund 2008 Annual Budget Appropriation shall be
amended by increasing the appropriation in the amount of $27,000. This shall be
achieved by appropriating an additional $27,000 transfer in from General Fund
Reserve (001).

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after passage,
approval, and publication.
Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause. Any action taken pursuant to this ordinance but
prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Adopted by the Yelm City Council at a regular meeting thereof this 24th day of June, 2008.
