A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING CHANGE TO THE START TIME OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
TO 7:00 PM BY ADOPTING CHANGES TO THE CITY OF YELM, MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL PROTOCOL MANUAL
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council have determined it appropriate to adopt
procedures and policies for the operation and conduct of business, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to periodically review provisions within the CITY OF YELM,
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL PROTOCOL MANUAL, and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the citizens would be better served if the
Regular City Council meetings begin at 7:00 pm,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Yelm, Mayor and City Council Protocol manual, dated November
12, 2008 is hereby adopted as the policies and procedure of the Mayor and City Council
for the conduct of business.
Section 2. Chapter 8, City Council Meetings
Regular meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at ~:3A-~:~;

McKenzie Ave S.E., Yelm.
Section 3. Effective date of change January 1, 2009
PASSED and signed in authentication on this 12th day of November, 2008
