SEGREGATE AN EKISTING ASSESSMENT UNDER UTILITY i,OCAL
IMPRO~VEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, PtJRSCiANT TO SECTION 35.44.410
UF THE REVISED CODE OF VF'ASHINGTUN
WHEREAS the Cit}T ~f Yeln1 has received a written application from the
property owf~er of the plat kno~vn as Willow Glen III to segregate an assessment
witilin Utility Local Improvexxient District No. 1 in accordance ~ith Section
35.44.~10 of t}~e Revised Code of Vv'ashington
WHEREAS the real pxoperty to be affected. by this segregation action is
described on the assessment roli c~f Uti{iTy Loca1 Inlprovement District No. 1 as
Account ~1-173 and identified in the records of Thurston Gounty Assessor's
t)ffice as tal pa~•cel nunlber 643Q3540200; and
WHEREAS the cu~-rent parcel canfiguratioil is ~hown on the map attached
hereto as E~hibit A; and
WHEREAS the new parcel canfiguration is s~owi~ on the diagram
attached as Exhibit B; and
~'VHEREAS tl~e assessn~ent alnount on tliis parcel is $58,340.8Q, as set
forth axid adopted by Resolution No. fi74 an S~ptenlber 29, 1999;
WHERCAS tl~is segregation ~~ill not jeopardize the securiry of the
assessment lien or reduce tl~e ability to coll~ct outstanding local improvement
district obligations payable fro~n d~e callection of au:nua.l installments;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITI' COUNCIL OF THE CIT~c' OF
YELM, WASHINGT(}N Dt~ES RESOLVE AS FOLL4WS:
Section 1. Segr~e;ation shall be nlade on the assessm~nt roll of Utility
Local Imprvrement I7istrict No. l, w-lzich ~vas confr~~~ed and adopted by
Ordinance No. 674 on Septemt~er 2~, 1999.

Section 3. Segregatic~n shall result in 32 new assessments on parcels

representing one Equivalent Residential Unit far each prc~jected final building lot.
The sum of these con~bined new assessnzents sl~all total ~SR,340.80 as shaw~n in
Exhibit C, w}~ich is equal to the ori~iual assessment a~nount.
