871 Shortline Railroad Fund CITY OF YELM ORDINANCE NO. 871 AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2007 Budget as adopted by Ordinance No. 864 (12/06), by increasing the Shortline Railroad Fund budget appropriation and decreasing the Cumulative Reserve and declaring an effective date. WHEREAS, the Shortline Railroad Fund needs additional appropriations to build a trestle safety barrier; and WHEREAS, the appropriation for Shortline Railroad expenses is expected to exceed the current years budgeted amount; NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows: Section 1. The Shortline Railroad 2007 Annual Budget Appropriation shall be amended by increasing the appropriation in the amount of $58,000.
