ORDINANCE NO. 901
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2009-2010 Budget as adopted by
Ordinance No. 898 (12/09}, increasing the Killion Road Improvement Fund 310
budget appropriation and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, the Killion Road Improvement Fund 310 needs $113,826 additional
appropriations to pay remaining construction costs for the completion of Local Improvement
District#2 (LID 2); and
WHEREAS, the Fund has sufficient cash available for these remaining expenses; and
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Killion Road Improvement Fund 2009-10 Budget Appropriation shall be
amended by increasing the appropriation in the amount of $113,826 as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after passage,
approval, and publication.
Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause. Any action taken pursuant to this ordinance but
prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Adopted by the Yelm City Council at a regular meeting thereof this 10th day of Februarv, 2009.
